I still think there’s a high chance this is staged. Regardless, at least she seemed smart enough to actually try pumping onto the charger (though maybe there’s some sort of lockout?)

This makes no sense.  I know it is time to fill up the tank because the fuel gauge indicates so.  This car doesn’t have a fuel gauge, right?
